Boxing day

It's 00:45 on Boxing day and I'm turning 55 later today. Quite a surprise to have reached this advanced age considering that five years ago I would not have seen Christmas. Without a doubt I owe my continued existence to some terrific people; so in no order but just a simple and sincere thank you to:
